Mould damaged and beyond basic repair. KC's Contracting removed all the damaged portions of the roof, sprayed the cavities to destroy mold spores, secured the vapour barrier, replaced all insulation, and resheeted the roof using a half inch of plywood and two ply IKO Torchflex underlay. A waffle strapped roof deck affords complete airflow, preventing moisture build up and future molding. A ventilation curb and all around new flashing trim complete a KC's package. |
